On Tuesday 18th December some of our most hardworking KS3 students attended a pantomime in Great Hall.  This was to recognise the effort they have made with their studies and to reward them for completing all of their home learning this term.

The completion of home learning plays a crucial part in our students education, the outcomes they get and in them securing their target grades.  We would encourage all parents and carers to challenge their child to be part of this event next year by ensuring they complete all homework set.

Great Barr Hall was transformed into the ‘Kingdom of Great Barrmingdale’, with Princess Aurora, The Good Fairy Liquid, Prince Harry and the Wicked Fairy putting on a fun packed show.  In the end Sleeping Beauty did find her Prince and a fun afternoon was had by all.

Mrs Abrahams praised the students and talked about how proud she was of them and the work they had done so far.  It was great to see the students having a fun afternoon and for them to be rewarded for their efforts.

Special thanks to Miss Stanford for her work with KS3 students this term and for organising the pantomime.

Here are a few photographs from the event – we hope you enjoy them!
